It is first important to tell you who we are NOT.

  • Visualize Health does not act in the capacity of medical professionals.  We are not a substitute for the diagnostic and health care management services provided by trained medical professionals.  Our services are complementary to, rather than substitutes for, those offered by your healthcare professionals.
  • Visualize Health is not a religion.   We welcome people of all faiths to learn our meditation and mindfulness techniques.  The integration of meditation into western culture has followed years of research on the physical and emotional benefits of this practice.  We respect all religions of our world and encourage everyone to work with their own spiritual guidance as they practice these exercises.

Who are we?

  • We teach and offer a mindful and meditative approach to living and healing.
  • Our goal is to offer people techniques for helping themselves live rich, vibrant, peaceful and healthy lives in the  midst of today’s high paced, often stressful world.
  • Visualize Health embraces a multidisciplinary approach to health and healing.  We offer instruction on using a variety of techniques to help you create a healthier life, because everyone is unique.  Some of the healing modalities we offer are:  visualization meditation; mindfulness; guided imagery; breath work; positive affirmations; Shamanic journeying (a form of meditation); sound/vibrational healing; and energy healing.  A technique that works for one person may feel uncomfortable to someone else.  Healing and reducing stress in one’s life are very personal pursuits.  We offer an individualized approach.
  • We offer hope to those with “incurable” disease.  While we cannot guarantee that visualization or any of the techniques we teach and suggest you try will result in a cure for any particular disease, there is anecdotal evidence that these techniques can work.  Susan’s own story was the inspiration for our work.  Although the medical community had unanimously rendered her infertile, she healed herself of stage-four endometriosis through visualization meditation and went on to have a healthy baby boy.
  • Meditation work begins with your breath.  We would like to offer you a breath of fresh air.
