The following are some testimonials sent to Susan by former and present clients.

“When I first met Susan 8 years ago, I was desperate to find peace and healing for my busy, hectic life.  My attention was pulled in so many directions that even when I had time to relax and be still, my mind was racing, constantly thinking of what I had done/should have done or what I had yet to do. I felt like I could not complete a thought without being interrupted by another thought or worry. With Susan’s expert meditation instruction and intuitive guidance, I was able to silence the disruptive chatter in my head and experience rest and healing. I found peace and stillness through the meditation techniques Susan taught me. Within the stillness she showed me how to more clearly perceive divine guidance. I now walk through life with peace and confidence that is most certainly a result of working with Susan.”

“I have taken four multidisciplinary healing workshops from Susan; every session was meticulously prepared and illuminating. She is open to many traditions and taught us strategies for working with meditation, energy, chakras, movement, sound, and Shamanic journeys. Whatever I was struggling with at the time of the class became its material and in each case I emerged from the weekend with new understanding and an array of methods for moving forward. I would say the pattern was that I showed up feeling stuck and left feeling not just unstuck but charged with the energy of fresh perception.

When I got a cancer diagnosis I worked with Susan one-on-one, and it was fantastically helpful. She guided me through a lot of mind-body issues and designed a program of energy, movement, sound healing, and visualization work that I used from the time of the diagnosis through my recovery from surgery. It was great that even when I checked into the hospital, I had procedures to draw on and practice, so instead of feeling like a helpless patient being worked on by medical professionals, I felt like a participant in my own healing. These methods were startlingly effective: my mastectomy went smoothly and I had no pain at all, only soreness that I took Tylenol for. It sounds weird, but having come out the other end of it, the cancer turned out to have been a good thing. Because of the work I did with Susan around the illness, I feel better than I did a year ago—happier, more balanced, and having shed some psychic gunk.

Susan is a marvelous listener who attends to you with all her faculties in gear, including an often-stunning spiritual intuition. Talking through something with her is a little bit like having a really good therapist who can not only figure out where you’re tripping yourself up with your own thoughts but also suggest ways of seeing your situation in a larger, spiritual context. She is honest, astute, generous, and will work like a dog to help you figure out what you need and how to make it happen. You have to do the work yourself, but she will give you tons of support. I would recommend her to anyone interested in meditation, healing, or spiritual work.”

“My background is I am a retired attorney and former Administrative Judge. I have been attending Susan Warner’s meditation class for approximately two years.

Susan Warner is a truly gifted meditation teacher. She is an expert in all areas concerning meditation. She makes complicated things seem very simple.

She initially goes over the benefits of meditation, including lower blood pressure, stress reduction. relaxation, etc. For those with coronary heart disease, like myself, these benefits are invaluable. Meditation has been shown in a recent study to reduce the risk of heart attack, stroke, and death from any cause by almost 50% in a group of patients with heart disease.

Among the things I love about her classes and her materials are that they are very practical, easy to understand and easy to implement. I have read books on meditation. They often stress that meditation needs to be done in a specific manner (sit on the floor or in a certain position, 7 minute meditation, etc.).

Susan uses a different approach. She recognizes that everyone is different and demonstrates how to do meditation using different techniques that fit the individual’s personality and style. Her techniques enable one to immediately implement and start to enjoy the benefits of meditation.

I cannot recommend enough that anyone who wishes to understand, quickly implement and truly enjoy meditation attend her classes.”
